Art as Therapy® is not about me analyzing your work, but rather by you knowing your own history and analyzing your choices through the blending of journal writing with creativity to speak from the heart. You will gain insights and inspiration as I direct you through learning more about yourself honestly and safely. We will be creating not to produce beautiful art, but rather to have images spark memories, clarify thoughts, and represent ideas. This process will relieve stress and anxiety. Interested?
