Finding the Voice Within

This workshop is an exploration with a textile designer (Judy Martin) and artist (Lisa Brown) who have combined their crafts to help teens create a piece of personalized appliquéd fabric design which they can incorporate into their own clothing put on a pocketbook or design on a pillow. This class is geared for teen girls giving them a chance to use collage, sewing techniques, fabric work, photo transfer, stitches and bead work for self exploration and to create a unique piece of wearable art. Great class for those older Girl Scouts.
